Let The Earth Sing Out

The Gist

Awaken is the name of our worship and production ministry duo for the NextGen (junior high through college) ministries at Southeast Christian Church. During our last night of worship we did a live recording. This is the album that came out of that night, and the years leading up to it. All of the songs are original. You can give it a listen here.

The Emotion

Taking ode to the original logo, the new mark has a spacey futuristic font, looking forward. We wanted it to feel like small ‘awakenings’ were happening all over the page.

The Process

The mark was designed in Illustrator, based off of a font and the original mark. It was extruded in Cinema 4D and we primarily used the lighting from this render. In Photoshop we added the paint splatters, which can be found here for free.
